Situated on over 23 acres of land, this 152 door cross dock facility features a 71,000 SF, 2 story, tilt up terminal building with 36’ high concrete panels. With more than 18 acres of asphalt and concrete paving on site, off site improvements include new curb, gutter and sidewalk for an expanded Slover Avenue and Willow Street. A separate 23,920 SF, 2 story maintenance building services tractors and trailers while yet another 2,850 SF dispatch office was built using a Butler pre-engineered metal building.
