Using a combination of concrete tilt-up and pre-engineered metal building construction, this 25 acre site is centrally located off the 10 and 15 freeways. The 900’ long loading dock accommodates 165 doors for cross-dock freight transfer while a separate shop building is outfitted with inspection stations, a wash bay and fuel islands. Site improvements include above ground fuel tanks, secure employee parking areas, 11,000 SF of office space and over 72,000 SF of landscaped area along Etiwanda Avenue.
